Baldock Sunday School has been running for nearly 10 years now, and is going well.  We are grateful for the continued support of all the parents, and the commitment of all the teachers and helpers, and of course the enthusiasm of the children and teenagers.

WE ARE LEARNING PRECIOUS TRUTHS

We have already learnt a lot from the Holy Bible. In this day of declining moral standards, we hope in some small way to guide the children to good principles, which will help them through life, as taught in the Bible.

We currently have 35 children on the register, and we always have room for more.  If you have friends who would like to come, please invite them along - we are always delighted to see new faces.

The Sunday School Classes:

Session Outline for the Sunday School:

09:05 - 09:15 Registration
09:15   Welcome and first hymn or chorus
           Prayer
           Short talk on something topical with Biblical application
           Second hymn or chorus
09:30   Quiz or Memory Verse (alternate weeks)
09:40   Lesson 
10:10   Final hymn or chorus, handout of birthday cards and Bibles, closing prayer
10:15   Home time!


Attendance reward evenings are designed to provide a safe and wholesome environment for the children to socialise and have fun together.  These are really for children who have attended a minimum of about 50% of the time, although we may make exceptions. 

Sri Lanka Sponsorship
We now sponsor a little boy from Sri Lanka called Akith.  We encourage the children to swap their attendance reward tokens to help provide him clothes, food and schooling.
